Cancellation Policy

FEBo6 does not offer returns or cancellations once an order is placed. 

We have a 7-day exchange policy for any manufacturing defects and an alteration service for incorrect sizing, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact. Exchange/ alteration requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. 

Custom sizing is not eligible for any exchange although it can be altered if there’s a sizing issue and the request has been raised within 7 days of delivery. 

Products purchased during sales or special discount periods are not eligible for an exchange.
